Born and raised in New Orleans, La. Received her Bachelors' degree from University of Maryland in Dance. Earned a Masters in Performance Arts Management at Columbia College, Chicago, IL. She led with a true commitment to quality and to realizing a true deaf campus community. She was recognized and award ed as An Outstanding Community Service. Was apart of Gallaudet Dance Company, National Deaf Dance Theater, Deaf West Theater, Maryland Dance Ensemble, Malashock Dance and Company in San Diego, California, University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pa. , Jump Rhythm Jazz Project. Working as a part time faculty teacher for American Sign Language (ASL) - English Interpretation Department at Columbia College, Chicago, IL and Sign Masters for ASL Translator at Deaf Communication Innovation, Inc (DCI).
